The main targets in the field of digital transformation of energy by 2030 as an indicator of the digital maturity of the fuel and energy sector are the growth of digital competencies of top management at the level of 90%, and personnel - at least 70%. In this regard, Inter RAO is conducting employee training, said the head of the digital transformation promotion department of Inter RAO Anzhelika Korneeva during the All-Russian engineering forum "Power of the Platform".
Hackathons, battles, gamification, testing and building a digital footprint/profile are organized to develop digital competencies. Within the framework of the methodology, a model of digital competencies is formed from work with the register and digital profiles.
The staff is interested in GPT technologies, and we understand that even in a closed circuit, such solutions from domestic developers can be used without the risk of data loss
said Angelica Korneeva.
Digital development is proceeding at a similar pace at Rosatom State Corporation, which is engaged in the construction of nuclear power plants around the world.
Rosatom occupies 30% of the market for the construction of nuclear power plants in 14 countries. The mega-project in Egypt, El Dabaa, the first nuclear power plant in Africa with four power units, is a unique solution, since all units are being built simultaneously for the first time.
Without an information model, it would be extremely difficult and costly to implement such a project, Maxim Vlasov, Director of Digitalization of the Engineering Division of JSC ASE, said at the content writing service forum. "Data is accumulated at all levels of the life of objects in order to fully transfer them to the customer in the future. We give the customer not just an information model (IM), but also digital tools that relate to domestic software. The digital model consists of data, regulations and rules for working with the IM, storage and data transfer formats," he said.

Maxim Vlasov noted that it is important for his organization that as many digital tools as possible emerge in Russia that could be used in their work.
“From the point of view of digital transformation management, we see sufficient maturity of Russian software products and can completely replace imports, and then offer our IT solutions on the international arena,” he said.
The expert noted the lack of application tools with the rapid development of this domestic segment: if everything is already ideal in 2D formats, then with 3D there are still some difficulties when working with complex objects.
The situation is more complicated with data formats. Rosatom uses open formats, which are actively used by foreign participants. "But we really want a universal technological format to emerge that would support the maximum amount of information, be flexible, and adapt to the requirements of local markets," he explained.
"What the American IFC format offers in BIM does not meet our expectations in terms of attribute composition. Therefore, we are ready to join market participants to work out these requirements," said a representative of the Rosatom State Corporation.
