How to divide subscribers into segments in the SendExpert service

To implement this need, SendExpert users can divide their subscribers by groups and filters. The number of groups and filters is unlimited and depends only on the client's needs. Usually, the more accurate the segmentation, the better the results of mailings. You can create unique emails for each segment and more precisely plan work with different types of subscribers. But despite the lack of a limit, you need to understand that creating a very large number of segments may not simplify the work, but on the contrary, confuse you. Therefore, each created segment must be justified and actively used. How to create a group or filter? To do this, it is necessary to select the corresponding sub-item in the "Address book" item in the left menu. A page with all existing filters groups will open.

On the right, click on the "Create group filter" button. If you are creating a group, you only need to specify a name for the new segment. If you are on the filter creation page, you also need to select options for the filter conditions. What is phone number list the difference between filters and groups? A certain number of followers can be added to a group along with all the data that is known about them. The filter makes it possible to select a segment based on any specific data — number, name, age, type of occupation, etc. For example, by 2017 you had a solid follower base. This problem can be solved using filters. To do this, ensure that the "Name" parameter meets the condition "ends with" and write "a" in the adjacent field. After all, in most cases, it is women's names that end in this vowel, so in this way you can conduct primary segmentation by gender across the entire subscriber base. How to add / remove subscribers to the group? To do this, you need to mark the followers you need on the page of all contacts. If you mark them manually, then at the bottom of the page you need to select "With favorites"; if you used a filter for the search, then select "With all in the current selection", and then select the action you want to perform. What else can be done with groups and filters? Using selection by groups or filters, you can disable a certain segment of database subscribers, making them temporarily inactive, or, if you are sure that these addresses are no longer suitable for work.
