Services and therefore completely focused

On these activities evangelizing their clients and creating new design tools often to promote their services. If every activity in the company serves to design positive user experiences then each employee perfectly understands the importance of this field and the need to promote it. The second is the same phenomenon I mentioned at the beginning i.e. overestimating one's role and  in this case  one's organization. I think it's just wishful thinking  we want to work in a company where our work is appreciated. But these are just guesses. Unfortunately our research did not verify these assessments.


Norman Nielsen Group recently released an updated Organizational  Maturity Model along with a selfdiagnosis quiz for their organization that's a bit more extensive than our simple question. I'm very curious whether they will ever publish Hit Post the results of this quiz and what they will look like in the light of our results. About future What do you think the future of  looks like? Will every company operating in the online space one day have its own specialist in this field? This tendency is already visible. Previously for years interaction design was the domain of consulting companies. However the last few years have brought us intensive development of internal  teams .





This is a very good change as it allows us to actually ensure the usability of the solutions. The next stage of development however is not building increasingly larger  teams but sharing this knowledge between other roles. And it's already happening. More and more product managers conduct product discovery talking to potential customers before any product concept is created. Visual designers participate in strategic workshops and use Hotjar recordings to verify their designs. Business analysts look for answers in user research and do not limit themselves to customer requirements. And developers are looking for frontend solutions to address usability errors.
