The D boom in  MPWIn the early s there was a brief resurgence in D cinema. Highlights of this era include Comin' At Ya   Parasite  costarring a very young Demi Moore Friday the th Part   which marks a rebirth for the franchise Amityville D  the third installment of Jaws with Jaws D  and a copy of Star Wars titled Starchaser The Legend of Orin. This time life was shorter as the producers once again made the same mistakes as their predecessors. Movies with lousy conceptual content. This time people got tired faster.  D renaissance in the new millennium One of the promises of the new millennium is the return of the binocular image in a new fever for stereoscopic possibilities.

Home Entertainment Television and BluRay Following the e-commerce photo editing highdefinition television HDTV fever household appliance manufacturers worldwide have focused their efforts on marketing televisions capable of playing D content. Despite the entrepreneurial eagerness the public has not received the new D possibilities with enthusiasm Randy Hoffner explains that even in Japan a country   of consumers have no plans to adopt D technology on their televisions. Key reasons for this disinterest include having to wear special glasses prices that are too high and insufficient D content. Similarly Hoffner explains that in the United States  of consumers have no plans to buy D television or videoreproduction equipment.  



SonyDFor his part M. Hoy  predicts the failure of D television for five reasons glasses. At an average cost of  each member of the family requires their own set of glasses. They are uncomfortable and cannot be easily used by people who already wear glasses. D technology has been overrated. Although today's D technology improves upon its predecessors it still falls short of its amazing promises. The consumer wants television to be simpler not more arduous and D television does not make life easier for the consumer. It is difficult for D technology to be mainstream.
