Allen & Overy has announced the signing of Emma Morales as new counsel in its litigation and arbitration area .
Emma has over 15 years' experience advising companies De Cell Number and financial institutions on a wide range of litigation and arbitration in the fields of company law (directors' liability, indemnification, breach of contract), competition law (unfair competition and advertising) and banking.
Morales has extensive experience in national arbitration (CAM, CIMA, CEA) and international arbitration (ICSID, CPI, LCIA), and currently teaches arbitration classes at the University of Navarra and the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), having been an associate professor. at the University of Castilla la Mancha (UCLM).

In the appointments of arbitrators that depend on the CAM, 50% of women have been nominated.
The CAM CCBC is the main arbitration center in Brazil and one of the most important in Latin America and was recognized as the 8th most admired institution in the world, in the International Arbitration Survey 2018 , by Queen Mary University of London and White & Case .
