If your job is that of Account or Project Manager, you already know that when it comes to tools, Excel and time & task tracking tools are your everyday companions. In the following lines, I share with you the tools and features that make my life a little easier every day. Google Sheets It's always present and takes up most of the open tabs in my browser every day. Here are some essential features for estimating and reporting results, which typically use large volumes of data: Pivot Table – is a type of table that summarizes the data it takes from another, more extensive table.
Basically, it gives you an overview of a set of data, groups them according to the conditions you set and helps you have that big picture based on which you can make certain decisions regarding the analyzed data. Data validation (data validation) – is a feature through which you can condition the content of some cells, so that these cells contain only certain values, preset by you. The good part is that once the validation condition is set, in order to populate the cells Phone Number Data on which you have applied this feature, a drop down list will open from which you can choose one of the preset values. *Quick tip: a separate sheet in the document containing only these values, which you can use as a " list from a range " criterion when you apply the data validation condition so that you can return to the values to make changes at any time, without affecting the table in which the data validation condition is applied.

Data import from other Google Sheet documents – helps you 'bring' data from another document. It is useful when you need to prepare mixed reports that contain sequences of data from other reports. Also, you will be able to change the information in one place (in the data source sheet), and it will be updated in the other documents in which they were imported. Import of tables and graphs from Google Sheet documents into Google Doc or Google Slides documents – this function is very useful when you are preparing reports or presentations and you also need graphs or tables of data. You prepare the tables and graphs in the Google Sheet document and very easily import them into the Google Doc or Google Slides document in which you prepare the presentation.
