Compared to Google Maps results, the impact of ratings and reviews on Local Pack performance on desktop was a little less clear. However, we can conclude that the number of reviews of a card has a greater impact on its performance than the average rating .
As with Google Maps, the average rating of the top three Local Pack positions on desktop did not align with the position. The second position had the highest average rating , although all three positions were once again above 4.1.

Of these, the majority had a neutral tone (60%) , that is, they described the nature of their experience without particular feelings. For example, customers may have described the type of establishment visited, type of food served, etc. without commenting on the quality of the service.
